FAQ

Who can obtain Israeli citizenship?

Israeli citizenship can be obtained by persons of Jewish descent up to the third generation (children, grandchildren of Jews), as well as their spouses under the Law of Return. Citizenship can also be obtained through naturalization for persons residing in Israel.

What documents are needed for citizenship?

The basic package includes: birth certificates (yours and relatives on the Jewish line), marriage certificates, documents confirming Jewish origin (civil registry records, community or synagogue records, ketubot, archive certificates from relevant countries). During consultation, the attorney will compile an individual list for your case.

How long does the process take?

With a complete document package, the process takes 1 to 3 weeks. Collecting and preparing documents can take 1 to 6 months depending on case complexity. During consultation, we will give an accurate timeline for your situation.

How much do your services cost?

The cost depends on the chosen package: from €2,199 for full turnkey citizenship to €1,999 for post-repatriation adaptation services. Payment is staged — you only pay for completed stages. More details on the Pricing page.

Can I get citizenship after a refusal?

Yes, in most cases a refusal can be appealed or a new application submitted with a strengthened evidence base. We specialize in complex cases, including citizenship restoration and working with Israeli Ministry of Interior refusals.

Do I need to be physically present in Israel?

For document submission and the Ministry of Interior interview — yes, personal presence is required. However, all preparatory work (document collection, verification, translation) is done remotely. We help organize your visit to Israel and provide full escort on the day of the appointment.

What is a DNA test and when is it needed?

A DNA test is a genetic analysis used to confirm kinship with a specific relative when documentary evidence is insufficient. The test is conducted through the court: a petition is filed, the court orders an expert examination, and the results serve as proof of kinship for the Ministry of Interior. It is not possible to simply discover Jewish roots through DNA and claim citizenship on that basis — a specific relative is required. We work with accredited laboratories and handle the entire process.

What guarantee of results do you offer?

We conduct a preliminary assessment of chances before starting work. If we see the case has no prospects — we honestly say so and don't take it on. Payment is staged: you only pay for completed stages. Over 18+ years of practice, our success rate exceeds 95%.
